Recently, I spent a night with my family at a hotel, and the experience was simply exceptional. The room was impeccably clean, the hotel was easily accessible, and everyone at the reception greeted us warmly. The breakfast was wonderful, and the overall stay was perfect. I highly recommend it!
The real star of this hotel is the breakfast and the staff!!! The breakfast was amazing — full buffet and nothing you had to make yourself (tired of standing by a waffle maker for a half hour!). There was fresh fruit, variety of homemade eggs and pastries and meats. The home fries were delish. And the staff could not have been nicer. I admit I was a little wary after reading some other recent reviews but I’m telling you, there’s no way those people were talking about this hotel. It’s really nice, rooms are clean, staff is excellent and the free breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at any hotel, even ones where I had to pay.
Had great experience with the costumer service after I had left an item at the hotel. Dawn made it priority to track down my valuable and ensure that it was returned to me. I am very grateful for her for this. Other aspects of the hotel are great as well. No complaints, and usually affordably priced.
Our room price was suppose to be 129.00 we were staying for a convention, that was convention price. When we figured out they charged us 256. We called and no one would fix it. So that was definitely a problem. Other than that not a bad place, employees were great. Banquet food was awesome.
Everyone I encountered here has been amazing. Check in staff were lovely. The bartenders were the absolute best, provided so many laughs and were lovely all the way around. Even after I over shared. Honestly a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Room was standard. Clean and functional. But it is the people who made the difference. Don’t sleep on this if you have a show at the palladium, it’s a short drive and totally worth it. .
Went here for the first time this weekend with my boyfriend. Liz at the main desk was awesome. Super nice, friendly, kind, and helpful. The area is super convenient. We did 99’s and apex entertainment which was awesome. Hotel was quiet, breakfast was great, room was nice and clean, and I was able to bring my dog with no issues. The pool temperature could have been a bit warmer, and wish they had a jacuzzi, otherwise it was a solid stay. We will be returning. I was a bit nervous to come with some of the lower reviews, but it was good.
Been here twice for the NETRA annual banquet, good times, reasonable room rates, fun activities at the Expo
Stayed on our way from Texas to Maine because of the pet policy and price. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed and fair pricing. Surrounded by businesses and some restaurants.
